Sexual Harassment for Management

(19 min.) The average American adult spends a large percentage of their life in the work place. In order to be productive and to do the best job they can do, they must have a working environment free from discrimination. Discrimination of any type has no place in any organization, and sexual harassment is perhaps the most destructive form of discrimination.

Topics covered in this safety video include: confronting the individual, failure to respond, be aware of your work area, remove any objectionable materials in the work place, the investigator will review the personal files of the involved parties, investigator must evaluate what each witness has to say and determine the person's credibility, interviews, the investigator will examine the objective facts, the investigator to make a recommendation as to the appropriate action to be taken, and the investigator will complete the documentation of the investigation including a memo to the harasser about the results of the investigation.
