Normally, most training programs are viewed from Management's perspective, but times are changing and it's about time we heard formation from the real Experts; the people who actually work in this pressure cooker environment and sometimes unappreciated field. We begin the program with the premise that this group is overworked, underpaid, and undervalued most of the time. Of course, there are both women and men in this profession, but it is primarily dominated by women.
