Hotel Safety Series - Lockout/Tagout

(10 min.) This program is designed to explain the basic procedures, some terminology used in the procedures, and general requirements. Control of hazardous energy sources is the new concept with new requirements for the previous lockout/tagout program.

Topics included in this safety video are: hazardous energy sources, electricity, lockout/tagout, authorized employees, affected employees, "normal production operations and servicing or maintenance during normal production operations," machine guarding, clearing jams, inspection process, documentation, tags, and annual retraining.
