The Troubled Employee at Work

What are some of the problems confronting employees that may affect their ability to provide proper job performance? Financial problems, alcohol, drugs, medical illness, family problems, divorce, even the workaholic. You're the supervisor; you're supposed to make it right. All we ask is that you accept your responsibility as supervisors and take action where necessary to get the employee back on the right track. The first rule is to know and understand your employees.
