Topics included in this safety video are: goals of the safety committee, directing efforts by improving inspection checklists, training employees, and management in inspection techniques or volunteering to help managers and supervisors inspect their departments, systematically reviewing safety policies and procedures, researching old procedures, new safety laws, and developing effective procedures to implement new safety requirements, reviewing training and making recommendations for improving the training program, developing safety communications, incentive programs, and recognition programs.
