Ergonomics is nothing new, but there have been a number of improvements and advancements in the study of ergonomics in recent years. This program will help you control your safety at work much better.

Topics included in this safety video are: defining ergonomics and how it applies to you, how do we control workplace hazards, engineering controls, administrative controls, personal protective equipment, what do ergonomic improvements mean to you, what are some the problems that proper ergonomics controls can prevent, components of the ergonomically correct computer workstation, breaks and personal exercise, lifestyle changes and improvements, body strengthening and exercise, diet and personal habits, musculoskeletal disorders, and early injury reporting.
